Crayen news Comments Off on Dick Cheney Biopic: George W. Bush Actor & More Revealed
More casting information about director Adam McKay’s upcoming Dick Cheney biopic, including the actors currently being eyed for the role of George W. Bush, has come to light. Back in 2015, McKay made the jump from Will Ferrell comedies to more serious fare by helming the Oscar-winning The Big Short, which examined the housing market crash of the 2000s. The filmmaker looks to continue this trend with his next project, covering the life and career of former U.S. vice president Cheney. McKay’s Big Short star Christian Bale is locked in as the lead role, already undergoing one of his famed body transformations to play the part.
At the time Bale’s involvement was made official, it was said other A-listers would be joining him. Amy Adams, who starred alongside Bale in American Hustle, was circling the role of Cheney’s wife Lynne, while Steve Carell (another Big Short alum) would play Donald Rumsfeld. Of course, given all the prominent political figures of that era, the cast was only expected to grow from there. It’s now been revealed what other stars are under consideration for the rest of the ensemble.
According to That Hashtag Show, there are three key roles in the process of being cast. In the running for George W. Bush (who was president while Cheney was VP) are Academy Award nominee Edward Norton and former X-Men star James Marsden. Hashtag Show confirms the earlier reports of Adams as Lynne, while also stating Mackenzie Davis (The Martian) is a “top contender” to portray Cheney’s daughter, Mary. As for former Secretary of State Colin Powell, a trio of heavy-hitters are being targeted. Where it stands now, that role will go to either Tyler Perry, Cuba Gooding, Jr., or Giancarlo Esposito.

Crayen news Comments Off on James Marsden: Drink Up What The World Has To Offer
It’s the journey and not the destination that’s important. Just as much as travelling to a foreign place can be unexpected no matter how much detailed planning has been done, the same goes for our lives. BOSS explores the idea of revelling in one’s journey through life with its Own Your Journey campaign for fall/winter 2017.
Starting out the trio of short videos shot for the series is X-Men and Westworld star James Marsden. The American actor holds on to the belief that the world contains endless possibilities and one needs to only “drink up what the world has to offer”.
Look forward to the next two videos featuring digital influencer Patrick Janelle (more commonly know as @aguynamedpatrick) followed by renowned Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport driver Lewis Hamilton. All three personalities offer different views and opinions of what makes a successful journey. After all, each person’s experiences are never one in the same.

Crayen interview , news Comments Off on James Marsden talks ‘Westworld’s’ success, recalls early days on ‘iconic’ shows like ‘Party of Five’
It’s good to play for a winner, even when “you’re here to be the loser” and no matter how many times you die.
Just ask James Marsden, who plays Teddy Flood, the robotic host of the smash HBO series “Westworld.”
There’s no place Marsden, whose character dies regularly on the show, would rather be right now. Being part of a show that’s been nominated for 22 Emmys — tied with “Saturday Night Live” for the most this year — can have that effect.

Crayen interview , news Comments Off on James Marsden and Joel McHale have a mutual man crush
James Marsden is sexy. So sexy that (at least) one other straight male star has taken notice.
The “Westworld” leading man, 43, receives a lot of attention for his — let’s just call it what it is — perfect face. But, he told AOL Entertainment, he’s come to realize that when men say, “My wife has a crush on you,” it’s sometimes a bit of a cover.
“Sometimes guys have a problem expressing their admiration for another guy. ‘Oh, my wife likes you,'” he told AOL Entertainment as he prepared to face off against Joel McHale in Doritos’ Bold or Boom Challenge. “What they’re trying to tell you is that they have a man-crush. Which, not to put too fine a point on it, might be the dynamic today.”

Crayen interview Comments Off on James Marsden and Joel McHale Had a ‘Fight’ — About Doritos
In the midst of the huge crowds, action-packed panels and entertainment installations at San Diego Comic-Con, James Marsden and Joel McHale waged a “war” over an “age-old” debate: whether Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch Doritos are better.
Why? Because they were celebrity team captains for a Doritos fan event called the “Bold or Boom Challenge,” for which two teams of fans were assembled to compete in an athletic challenge for McHale’s Team Cool Ranch and Marsden’s Team Nacho Cheese. PEOPLE caught up with the two TV stars before the event to find out how they got themselves involved in the contest and whether or not they actually eat Doritos. Unexpectedly, the conversation veered into hilarious places. Here’s an excerpt from their quippy back-and-forth:
James Marsden: We are coaching two volunteer teams assembled. Joel’s team is Cool Ranch. My team is Nacho Cheese, we’re basically doing the Lord’s work today.

Crayen news Comments Off on Team Nacho Cheese Prevails Over Team Cool Ranch In Bold Showdown In San Diego
Nacho Cheese Superfan James Marsden Guides Team to Victory over Joel McHale’s Cool Ranch Team in Doritos’ “Bold or Boom Challenge” at MTV Fandom Fest
With the world’s largest entertainment conference as a backdrop, Doritos hosted the “Bold or Boom Challenge” – an obstacle-course of epic proportions pitting celebrities and fans in an arena in which only the boldest prevailed. Headlining the festivities were celebrity captains including Team Nacho Cheese’s James Marsden and Team Cool Ranch leader Joel McHale.
It was Team Nacho Cheese that prevailed, a boon for Doritos Nacho Cheese fans nationwide who witnessed the challenge on Doritos’ social media channels. For one week at least, the debate was settled between fans of Doritos Nacho Cheese and fans of Doritos Cool Ranch. The challenge was open to fans who wanted to test their endurance and skill to see who could stay standing as rotating “boom” arms attempted to knock them off course. Only the boldest participants remained.
