Oklahoma stars Toby Keith, Kristin Chenoweth and James Marsden are among the many stars who appear in the music video “Keep Banging On,” which aired on Friday’s finale episode of the “Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.”

The star-studded video also includes Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick, Kristen Bell, Pierce Brosnan, Steve Carell, Don Cheadle, Marion Cotillard, Tenacious D, Jeff Daniels, Ted Danson, Kat Dennings, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Tony Hale, Jane Lynch, Cedric the Entertainer, Jon Hamm, Sean Hayes, Samuel L. Jackson, Rashida Jones, Jimmy Kimmel, Mila Kunis, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew McConaughey, Tim Meadows, Metallica, Kunal Nayyar, Regis Philbin, Ray Romano, Bob Saget, William Shatner, Michael Sheen, Quentin Tarantino, Betty White, Henry Winkler, Shailene Woodley, Weird Al Yankovic, Archbishop Desmond Tutu and of course, Ferguson’s animatronic skeleton sidekick, Geoff Peterson.

The pre-taped video then transitioned into the studio for a full production number with Ferguson backed by a rock band and choir.

While speaking to media persons both the stars said they were happy to be in India and would love to watch some Bollywood films, Happy New Year being one of them. The movie which hits the theaters in the country today is about a pair of former high school sweethearts reunite after many years when they return to visit their small home town.

Hollywood hunk James Marsden appeared on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen alongside Minnie Driver last night, and while answering caller questions during the after show, the blue-eyed cutie ended up being put on the spot with a little game many of us are familiar with…but with a twist.

One fan asked the Best of Me star, “James, if you were gay, who would you shag? Who would you kill? Who would you marry?” and gave Marsden his three choices: Andy Cohen, Anderson Cooper and Neil Patrick Harris (yeah, that wasn’t awkward for Andy at all).

The hunky 41-year-old actor also brought a picture from his high school yearbook that caused a wave of excitement too.

To James’ half-hearted dismay, the photo of his younger self appeared on screen, grinning ever so confidently and sporting the haircut so cherished back in the ’80s and so maligned now – the mullet.

For the stars of The Best of Me, James Marsden and Michelle Monaghan, having Luke Bracey and Liana Liberato play their younger selves was a blessing, and for Marsden a bit of a curse!

“It was great to see Luke go in there and sweep her off her feet. He set the bar a little high for me,” Marsden said in our exclusive video interview, as he and Monaghan laughed. “In the gym, too!”

Bracey and Liberato play Dawson and Amanda as young sweethearts who are basking in the glow of first love.

We knew he was from Oklahoma, but we had no idea James Marsden could sing country like this.

When the actor and his Best of Me co-stars stopped by On Air With Ryan Seacrest on Wednesday (Oct. 8), they were joined by Lady Antebellum, who have a song on the soundtrack for the Nicholas Sparks adaptation. When Seacrest suggested that Marsden join Lady A for a song, he was initially reluctant — but once the first lines of Garth Brooks’ “Friends in Low Places” came out of his mouth, it was clear he was up for the challenge.

“Now I’m just pissed, because he’s better than me,” Lady Antebellum singer/guitarist Charles Kelley joked.
